A coalition in support of the self-sovereign worker

A Coalition Member is a person/group/community who contributes to the Opolis Employment Commons in ways other than as an Employee Member. This is usually by referring friends, colleagues, or community members to become Employee Members. 

Coalition Members do not hold employment and aren't "customers" of Opolis. They are, however, included in WORK Rewards for potential distribution of profits/dividends.
