Here is what we provide:
LLC Articles of Organization
and EIN
After collecting your information, we will submit the documents necessary for you to create an LLC in the state of your choice. Many people choose their home state or business-friendly Wyoming or Delaware. Read more here on why some small businesses might choose Wyoming or Delaware to incorporate their business. The LLC Creation process takes on average 5 days to complete.
‘S’ Corp Filing
1. First, you will receive an email with your LLC documents.
2. Then Opolis will compliantly file for your business’s ‘S’ Corp election. We do this by submitting Form 2553.
3. Once the IRS processes your documents, we will send you the confirmation letter that your ‘S’ Corp election has been processed.
